I recently got the surprise of a lifetime when I opened my email inbox.
I was minding my own business, checking if anything important had landed that needed my attention.
That’s when I saw an email from MAC.
Disney, huh? Consider my attention captured, MAC.
I scanned this photo before scrolling on, still not seeing the throwback I was most excited for.
The Aladdin collection looked nice, but still, nothing I was interested in.
Oh. My. God.
The memories came flooding back. In 2015 I almost bankrupted myself buying as much of this collection as I could physically afford. The Cinderella collection was stunning, and I remember queuing up outside of MAC (yes, seriously) the morning of the release so I would be one of the first to take this collection home.
I went running up the stairs and started desperately searching my makeup drawers. It had been 9 years, but I loved the collection so much I had a hunch I still might have some of it.
And I did.
In fact, I found 4 products with the gorgeous Cinderella branding.
I know I had more, likely thrown away or lost at some point. But oh, the nostalgia!
For those interested, the products I have are: Iridescent Powder Pressed in Coupe D’Chic and Mystery Princess, Fluidline in Macroviolet and a Lustre Lipstick in Free as a Butterfly.

What a trip down memory lane! I’m not going to lie, I’m eyeing up the eye shadow palette. I have a feeling I need to be quick, as products from the Disney collection are selling out fast!
